sigh. And I really really liked her. Don't like that she's 'Daigotsu' Shaiko, would have liked her to just be Shaiko or something. She's better for you guys than her other version is for us too and there's little insentive to run this version in a Dragon deck that I can see (her numbers and keywords line up, but 8g for virtually no action doesn't seem worth it).

Really impressed at how she bulked up, didn't think dying would give you a 3 point Force bonus.

At any rate the card it's self is still very cool and of course; Shaiko for Onyx Champion!

What I love is the PK at the cost of your spud, who will most likely trigger an Udo or two in the process. 8^D

Out of curiousity, since she has the keyword "Experienced Tamori Shaiko" does the standard mechanics for "upgrading" a personality still apply?

I SO knew she was the Grey Woman. Been saying it for awhile.

Explode an undead token, trigger some Udos, kill one of their guys? The only 'bad' thing is she's an immediate 'KILL ME FIRST' target in battle.

But Spider has no lack of people who scream that, in battle, or out. Daigotsu, Mishime, Shaiko, Fosuta, Susumu, Yuhmi no Oni, Yuudai, Chaozu, Michio, Fuzuwaru - just among uniques, any one of those scream 'KILL ME NOW' to the opposing player.

I was fairly confident she was the Grey Woman as well, I think a lot of people were from what I've read.

I like that she can sack herself to her action if she absolutely has to, it almost mimics her old version in that regard.

Personalities that are so good they're a target is not a draw back, it's just the natural state of progression as a personality gets stronger (and thus warrents placement in the deck.). From the mindset of your opponent he should want all your personalities dead,, she's just threatening enough to be higher on the list. I wouldn't nit pick on this normally, but , but it's comming up way too often and it's completely baseless. It's like saying that a personality is bad because you can't field an entire deck of them which just doesn't jive.

Oh, also, is it just me, or is she better than Mishime?

the only thing that i dont like about this personality is her low chi.she could have at least three without being broken in my humble opinion,but she is more than playable and i love the fact that she has the undead trait

Wouldn't say "better" then Mishime. Equal really. She can kill bigger people (tamago, champs, etc) but lowers your numbers (though listed people are key people to kill) while he kills the average field and makes people (though at the cost of bowing himself.

Really they work well together. He kills and makes a spud, she blows the spud up to kill the next guy.

Now shes good enough so i shouldn't really nit pick but... the little blurb mentions she was a paragon of the empire.... why no paragon trait now? =P. 5F/2C fits right with the rest of the crew, she has the trait count to match them all also (monsterous might? lol). Dark Death maybe? Or if anything the "Grey Woman" trait.

I'm a HUGE fan of the undead support, and very happy with the whole, we get the defectors/reanimated corpses of other clans, thing.

Strong work.

I'm with Gaara, surely having massive threats your opponent is dreading being faced with is better then not having massive threats at all? Just send in your nasty boys 3 at a time and run a life for a soul Twisted Evil

ok 2 Chi is not much.... but the Action is cool, like it. Will be nice in my Undead deck i want to try... and 8 Gold is ok for such action
